Because that’s exactly what the world needs right now – the Fast Five movie (plus two) with forced plot twists, no co-star and an animated character. Granted, you’ll still see Paul Walker’s face and body in the film, planned to hit theaters across the US on April 10, 2015, but it won’t really be him half the time…

The Genesis-inspired look of the all-new Hyundai Sonata has not surprised us one bit, since we were already acquainted with its face via an unofficial set of low-res parking lot shots. Gone are the swooping lines of the current Sonata, as is the noticeably pronounced rising side crease, replaced with a modern facial treatment and a much more restrained styling philosophy.

As so often happens with Hyundai when it introduces new models first in its home market, the international release on the 2015 Sonata was limited to preliminary info and only a handful of photos leaving the rest for the world premiere at the New York Auto Show in April.

From a technological-feature perspective, the all-new 2015 Chrysler 200 is important for two main reasons: it's the world’s first mid-size sedan fitted as standard with a 9-speed automatic transmission and the first 200 to be available with all-wheel drive. The latter features an automatic fully disconnecting rear axle, which improves fuel economy by reducing parasitic loss when all-wheel drive is not needed.

Honda's 1990s Civic del Sol, also known as the CR-X del Sol in some parts of the world and the last generation CR-X in Europe, wasn't the Japanese brand's proudest styling moment – without the rear spoiler it looked like a cartoonish pickup truck, but this tune makes the original look gorgeous in comparison…

With the promise of much improved overall body stiffness over the convertible, the new Jaguar F-Type Coupe is so far shaping up to be a much more incisive track machine. Engineers say it’s 80 percent stiffer, and all the impressions we’ve heard of it so far do seem to confirm that this has had the desired effect on the car’s character and handling.

Perhaps one of the untold reasons why automakers call sporty-styled saloons with slanted rooflines "4-door coupes" is to hint at the restricted coupe-like headroom for rear passengers and to some extent, the luggage area. Mercedes plans to, if not correct; at least improve these shortcomings on the CLA with the introduction of a Shooting Brake model, which is Benz-talk for a stylish estate.

After reigniting rumors that Aston Martin could use Mercedes GL running gear to underpin its SUV, the rumor mill confirms them again, with additional details and further speculation to boot.

Depending on where you get your news from, you may or may not be fully aware of the dramatic and ongoing situation in Ukraine and Russia's annexation of Crimea. Things are far from settled in that part of the world, and as you can see in the following videos, with so much tension in the air, it doesn't take a whole lot for people to explode.

The all-new Smart ForTwo and ForFour minicars will share up to 70 percent of their components with the new Renault Twingo that was unveiled at the Geneva Auto Show. In a way, I understand why this Dubai resident chose to apply a gold wrap to his Maserati GranTurismo and to adorn it with Swarovski crystals; it’s because no one would have ever noticed his car if he had it how it left the Modena assembly plant…

It's been a very long time in the making, but the first move to re-introduce the Alfa Romeo brand to the U.S. will take place at the New York Auto Show in April with the North American premiere of the new 4C mid-engine sports car, which was just recently displayed in roadster form at the Geneva Motor Show.

The last time we heard about the Renault-Caterham partnership, things weren’t going really well. Since the project to jointly develop a sports car started in 2012, progress was delayed by Renault’s decision to revise the initial design of its upcoming Alpine sports car. Caterham wasn’t thrilled at all with the decision, as this means its own version of the car had to be modified.

Yes, you can count this as a fail, but only for one of the two drivers involved in the following road-rage incident. It's not clear from the shaky cell-phone (?) footage why these two drivers stopped before the exit of a mall parking lot, but the man in the white t-shirt who came out of the black, older-gen Honda Accord with the broken rear window was clearly provoking the calmer muscle car driver.
