Pink Feathered Kia Driver Falls Asleep, Takes Another Car Down Into a Crazy Rollover

Pink feather like decorative accents on door handles might make some of us take notice for humorous purposes, but they won't make other drivers more aware of you when you fall asleep behind the wheel.

This severe accident took place in South Korea last week when the driver of the aforementioned black Kia Optima seemingly dozed off with his vehicle veering to the right and hitting the concrete barrier that sent it across the other way before smashing into a silver sedan.

As a result of the high speed contact, both cars rolled over. Amazingly, the author of the video stated that, despite the severity of the accident, no one was seriously injured.

Kia Remembers Most Important Car Inventions in Animated Video

The automobile has evolved tremendously since the 1886 Benz Patent Motorwagen, generally considered as the world’s first car. To show how many important inventions were implemented on the automobile since its beginnings, Kia has released an animated film that shows the most significant breakthroughs from each decade.

Starting with the combustion engine in the 1880s and ending with the GPS system in the 2000s, “The Evolution of the Modern Car” animated film is a welcome reminder of how far the car has come since its early days. It also shows how many things we take for granted in our cars nowadays. Can anyone imagine the modern car without rubber tires or electric starter? I guess not.

So why would Kia want to review the history of the modern car? Well, it’s a promotional video portraying the Korean carmaker as a company that wants to lead the charge for the future of car technology instead of looking towards the past.

Kia's Dreamy 2012 Super Bowl Ad, Plus a 5-Hour Video of Victoria's Secret Model Adriana Lima

Only a few days left for the big game, so Kia released the full version of its 2012 Super Bowl ad titled "Drive the Dream" for the new Optima Limited Edition featuring a slew of stars including Victoria's Secret super model Angel Adriana Lima, the Motley Crew, martial arts champ Chuck Liddell and bull rider Judd Leffew.
Out of all those stars, we all know who will capture the attention of most viewers.
Kia's marketing division came to the same conclusion as us and so it created a five-hour long looped version of the hot Brazilian model repeatedly waving her chequered flag. You can watch both videos after the jump.
